It was a great day... I love Waking up having no where to rush to ... Being able to Laze around... Watching reruns on TV, baby sitting my adorable nephew, witnessing nephew shaun's 1st hair cut, to church being in God's presence and listening to His word. It Ending off with a awesome BBQ dinner at Cal's home. Did I mention that my brother in law has the same birthday as I? Cool isn't it!
Reflecting on the past year...
I'm a perfectionist, that means I'm incredibly hard on myself in everything I do, often the thoughts "I shouldn't
Or should Have done that!" pop into my head... Sometimes I even think that maybe I should just behave in a certain way... And people around me will be happier with me. Today, I got a revelation- If Daddy God loves me just the way I am, what right do I have not to? I am so blessed to have the friends and family that I have. We've seen each other through the good, the bad and the downright ugly, and still accept me as I am.
To my group of girlfriends... You know who you are. Thank you for being there for me through the years, I love you.
To my hubby who is always kind whenever I'm being difficult, I love you.
To my family... Thank you for your unconditional love for me.
Lastly, Thank you Daddy God for loving me just as I am.
